Shipments and Returns

Items shipped from, including in store purchases from Culinary Concepts, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

If you received an incorrect item, or there was a problem during shipping (damaged product, etc), Culinary Concepts will issue a USPS return label that you can use to return the merchandise to our store. Once we have received your items, we will refund your purchase price, plus any applicable shipping charges and tax, after verifying the contents and condition of the items. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is being returned due to an error on our end (wrong product sent, product damaged in transit). The 30-day return window still applies to all damaged products.

Products must be returned in new condition to receive full refund. If an item is returned that is no longer in new condition (for instance, a product that has been opened from it's packaging), Culinary Concepts reserves the right to exclude such an item from a refund, or charge a 30% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item at the time we receive it. Any items received that are damaged or broken will not be refunded, unless customer received the item broken or damaged initially. Please make sure to package any returns well and document the condition of the item prior to returning to us. Customers are encouraged to use a mail service that offers insurance on the item in case of damage during transit.

Free Store Pickup

You can now order products on our website and pick them up in store, instead of having them sent to your home. This service is available in Pompano Beach, Florida.

How It Works
  • Order by 4pm (weekdays) for same working day pickup, orders after 4pm will be available for pickup on the second working day. Orders placed between 3pm on Saturday and anytime on Sunday, will be available for pickup on Monday.
  • We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. After you have received it, you can come and pick up your order at any time during the day, according to the store opening hours Mo-Sa 9:30am - 6:30pm at 540. South Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach Florida.
  • Come into Culinary Concepts to collect your order, bringing your confirmation email and the card that you paid with. If you have paid by Paypal please bring the card that links to your Paypal account. We will keep your order in store for ten calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Free BBQ Delivery

    FREE* local delivery and basic installation for BBQ Grills purchased from Culinary Concepts will include placement, leveling and checking your BBQ for proper operation. You will need to have any fuel (charcoal or propane) purchased beforehand. Reminder, if you purchase an electric grill we cannot direct wire any appliance.

    FREE* local delivery is offered for BBQ Grills purchased from Culinary Concepts, however it will be a drop off service only. For hook up on a gas line, you will need to call your gas company or a local approved gas contractor.
